Refund & Returns Policy

At Botanical Saviour, we take great care in creating and delivering products that make your hair and scalp care ritual feel exceptional. We hope you love your purchase; however, if something isn't right, we're here to help.

Change of Mind Returns

Due to the personal nature of our hair and scalp care products, we are unable to accept returns of products that have been opened, used, tested, or had their protective packaging or seals removed for change of mind reasons.

If you change your mind, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the product:

• Is unused and unopened
• Is in its original packaging
• Has all seals and protective packaging intact
• Is in the same condition in which you received it
• Was purchased directly from Botanical Saviour

Please contact us before returning any products. Returns sent without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Unless required otherwise by applicable consumer law, return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products

We carefully inspect and package every Botanical Saviour order. However, if your product arrives damaged, faulty, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product
• Photographs of the packaging where relevant

Once we have reviewed the issue, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund or other remedy as required under applicable consumer law.

Refunds

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are generally non refundable for change of mind returns.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety and quality reasons, we generally cannot accept change-of-mind returns for:

• Opened or used Hair Growth Serum
• Opened or used Scalp Hydrator Mist
• Used Scalp Reviver tools
• Products with broken or removed seals
• Products that are not in their original condition
• Gift cards, if offered
• Items marked as final sale, except where consumer law provides otherwise

Bundles & Sets

If you purchased a Botanical Saviour bundle or set and wish to return it for change of mind reasons, the complete bundle must be returned unused, unopened and in its original condition to qualify for a refund.

Individual products from a bundle cannot generally be returned separately for a partial change of mind refund.

This does not limit your rights where an individual product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise covered by applicable consumer law.

Allergies & Sensitivities

Our formulas contain botanical oils, plant extracts and essential oils. We recommend reviewing the complete ingredient list before use and performing a patch test where appropriate.

Individual sensitivities can vary. A reaction or sensitivity does not automatically mean a product is faulty, so change of mind or suitability refunds may not be available once a cosmetic product has been opened or used, except where required by applicable consumer law.

If you experience irritation or discomfort, discontinue use.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to assist; however, once an order has been processed, packed or dispatched, we may be unable to cancel or modify it.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot legally be excluded.

Where a product has a major problem or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to remedies provided by law regardless of the other terms in this policy.
