Are Botanical Saviour products suitable for all hair types?
Our scalp care ritual is designed to complement a wide variety of hair types and textures, including straight, wavy, curly and coily hair. It can also be incorporated into routines involving braids and other protective styles. Always follow the individual product directions and adjust the amount and frequency according to your hair and scalp's needs.
What makes Botanical Saviour different from other hair-growth products?
Botanical Saviour takes a scalp first approach to hair care. Rather than focusing only on the strands, our ritual combines hydration, botanical nourishment and scalp massage to care for the foundation of healthy looking hair. Our philosophy is simple: hydrate, nourish and revive consistently.
What ingredients are used in Botanical Saviour products?
Our formulas feature carefully selected botanical ingredients inspired by traditional hair and scalp care rituals. Depending on the product, these include Aloe Vera, Rosemary, Amla, Bhringraj, Batana, Black Seed, Fenugreek, Brahmi, Castor, Pumpkin Seed, Argan, Peppermint, Ginger, Lavender and more. Will Botanical Saviour make my hair grow?
Botanical Saviour is designed to care for the scalp and support the appearance and feel of stronger, fuller, healthier looking hair, but we don't promise a specific rate or amount of hair growth. Hair growth can be influenced by many factors, including genetics, nutrition, hormones, health and hair care practices. Our focus is on creating a consistent scalp care ritual that hydrates, nourishes and cares for your roots while helping protect and condition your hair.

How do I use the complete Botanical Saviour ritual?
Start with the Scalp Hydrator Mist to replenish moisture and refresh the scalp. Follow with the Hair Growth Serum, applying it directly to the scalp in sections. Finish with The Scalp Reviver, gently massaging the scalp to help distribute the serum and create an invigorating scalp care experience. Think: Hydrate, Nourish, Revive.
How long will it take before I notice results?
Hair and scalp journeys are different for everyone, so results and timeframes will vary. Some people may notice improvements in how hydrated, nourished and manageable their scalp and hair feel relatively quickly, while changes in the appearance of stronger, fuller or healthier looking hair require consistent, long term care. We believe in supporting your hair journey rather than promising overnight results.
How often should I use the products?
The Scalp Hydrator Mist can be used daily or whenever your scalp needs a boost of lightweight hydration. The Hair Growth Serum is best used 2 to 3 times a week, massaged directly into the scalp. The Scalp Reviver can be used with either product or on its own for a relaxing dry scalp massage. Consistency is key.

Where do you ship?
At this time, Botanical Saviour ships within Australia only. We hope to expand internationally in the future.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment. After dispatch, Standard Shipping usually arrives within 3 to 5 business days and Express Shipping within 1 to 2 business days. Complimentary standard shipping is available on Australian orders over $100.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where tracking is available. Please allow some time for the tracking to become active after receiving your dispatch confirmation.
Returns & Refunds
Our policy on change of mind returns, damaged items and refunds.
What is your return policy?
Due to the personal nature of our hair and scalp care products, we can only accept change of mind returns within 7 days of receiving your order for products that are unused, unopened, sealed and in their original packaging. Please contact us before returning any products.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged, faulty, leaking or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at botanicalsaviour@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs. We will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

What order should I use the products in?Hydrate → Nourish → Revive
Begin with the Scalp Hydrator Mist to refresh and replenish the scalp. Follow with the Hair Growth Serum, applied directly to the scalp section by section. Finish with The Scalp Reviver, gently massaging to distribute your treatment and invigorate the scalp.
Do I need to use all three products together?
No. Each product works beautifully on its own, but they were created to complement one another. The mist delivers lightweight hydration, the serum seals in nourishment and The Scalp Reviver helps distribute both while turning application into a relaxing scalp massage. Used together, they form the complete Botanical Saviour Ritual.
How do I use The Scalp Reviver?
Glide The Scalp Reviver gently across the scalp using slow, controlled movements. Massage section by section for several minutes, avoiding excessive pressure or scratching. Use it on its own for a relaxing dry scalp massage, after applying the Scalp Hydrator Mist, or alongside your Hair Growth Serum to help distribute the treatment throughout the scalp.
How much Hair Growth Serum should I use?
A small amount goes a long way. Part the hair into sections and apply a few drops directly to the scalp, concentrating on the areas that need extra care. Gently massage using your fingertips or The Scalp Reviver, working the serum throughout the scalp. Use 2 to 3 times a week for best results.
Should I apply the products to wet or dry hair?
Both the Scalp Hydrator Mist and the Hair Growth Serum can be applied to dry or slightly damp hair, as they are applied directly to the scalp rather than the lengths. The mist is ideal for a quick refresh between wash days or on protective styles, while the serum works beautifully as a pre-wash treatment on dry hair.
How long should I leave the serum in?
There is no strict rule. As an indulgent pre-wash treatment, allow the botanical blend time to absorb before cleansing as part of your usual hair-care routine. You can also apply it to the scalp and leave it in, adjusting the amount and frequency to your hair and scalp's needs. Consistency matters more than timing.

Our formulas are built on botanical oils, plant extracts and essential oils inspired by traditional hair and scalp care rituals: Amla, Bhringraj, Batana, Black Seed, Fenugreek and Brahmi, complemented by Castor, Pumpkin Seed, Argan, Coconut and Sweet Almond oils, with Rosemary, Peppermint, Ginger, Clove, Tea Tree, Rose Geranium, Lavender, Aloe Vera and Vitamin E.
Do your products contain harsh chemicals?
No. The Hair Growth Serum is a pure blend of botanical oils and extracts, and the Scalp Hydrator Mist is built on aloe vera and glycerin with a botanical blend. Neither contains added sulphates, parabens or silicones. You can review the complete ingredient list on each product page.
Are your products fragrance-free?
Our products contain no added synthetic fragrance. Their natural aroma comes from the essential oils in the formulas, such as Rosemary, Peppermint, Lavender and Ginger. If you have known sensitivities to essential oils, please review the full ingredient list and perform a patch test before use.
Where can I find the full ingredient list?
The complete INCI ingredient list for each formula is published on its product page, under Ingredients. We recommend reviewing it before use, particularly if you have allergies or sensitivities.
How should I store my products?
Store your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat, with the lids closed tightly after each use. Because our formulas use naturally derived ingredients, minor variations in colour, aroma or texture between batches are normal and do not indicate a fault.

Can I change my order after placing it?
